why did you skip number 43 in chapter 17?

Hi theresa2012, thanks a lot for pointing that out. I'd forgotten I skipped a few odds in this chapter. I think at the time, I was rushing to get this chapter posted for my students before their test, and skipping the odds faster since the final answers are in the textbook anyway. I would like to fill in the gaps here though, so I'll get 43, 45, 47, 49, and 51 posted by the end of this coming weekend. Hopefully this works for your test.
