This is College Physics Answers with Shaun Dychko. 3.079 times 10 to the 2 has four significant figures and 0.068 times 10 to the minus 1 meters has two significant figures and when you are multiplying, your answer will have as many significant figures as the number with the least significant figures in your calculation. So this one has four significant figures, this one has two signficant figures and so this number here has the least significant figures with only two and so our answer will have two as well. And looking at a calculator here, this 2.09372 has to get rounded to 2.1 with two significant figures. And there we go.
