This is Giancoli Answers with Mr. Dychko. The time to travel a distance is gonna be the distance divided by the speed. So the bird goes 3.5 kilometers divided by speed of 25 kilometers per hour which will take it 0.14 hours. And it's easier to think about minutes here maybe so we'll multiply this by 60 minutes for every hour and the hours will cancel leaving us with 8.4 minutes.
